This wiki page contains an OPML file and list of education and psychology journals with RSS feeds. I'm not so familiar with rhetoric/writing journals, so feel free to add to the list if you know of any more. So far there are about 80 journals listed, and another 10 or so I have subcribed to email table of content alerts that are forwarded to a blog.
