Met de invoering van de zogenaamde HOF principes begint het er op te lijken dat kennis niet mer belangrijk is. Beroepsproducten staan voorop. Een assessment op vaardigheden is het enig zaligmakende. Is het inderdaad zo dat kennis een besmettelijke ziekte is geworden ?
