It says that "critics posting to weblogs and search engine discussion sites claim that, for the first time since its launch in 1998, Google results have been degraded rather than improved by the latest tweak to its proprietary scoring algorithm for Web pages, known as PageRank." Now, sometimes, you might get a 404 or a spam page when you're searching for something. A spokesperson for Google has said that they're not getting any more complaints than usual, though.
