Kairosnews Blogger Get Together at 4C's

As expressed in this Kairosnews post, 4C's offers a great opportunity to get together and meet some fellow bloggers in person for the first time. Whether you are an avid blogger, a blogger wanna be, or just a reader of Kairosnews, come on out. It'll be a great way to meet some new people on the very first day of the conference. So why not meet up with everyone and have some dinner?

When: 8pm, Wednesday, March 24
Where: Mi Terra's Mexican restaurant at the Market Square on the corner of San Soba St and Dolorosa St. See also the location map. There seem to be plenty of dinners in the $8-$12 range, so it should not be too expensive.

If you plan on attending, please sign in and post below this thread even if you expressed interest in attending on the previous post. I want to get an accurate count so that at the end of next week I can see about making a reservation (asssuming that they take reservations).

And is there any way, Charlie, that we could meet in the lobby of the hotel, since we're staying in the same one? I have no idea how to get anywhere in San Antonio, plus it's nice to walk in a group. :)

i'll be in a.s.a. my presentation (at the ungodly A panel) is done -- i'm using goffman, bakhtin, and grice for internet communications theory if anyone wants to come and keep me company (in my lonely presentation room) (probably with just me and the two other presenters) (late at night) (while everyone else is out having fun with their friends -- is this pitiful enough?)

My plane is scheduled to arrive in San Antonio at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, so I should be able to make it to the restaurant by 8 p.m. That's my plan. Unless I have to abort the trip at the last minute--all depends on my wife's condition.
