Kairosnews Comment Syndication and URL Filtering in Posts

I just enabled two additional Drupal modules on Kairosnews: Comment RSS and URLfilter. Any URL or email address included in a Kairosnews post will now automatically be rewritten with the proper HTML to make it a live link (see this recent post for an example). Comments can now be subscribed to using a news aggregator via the comment rss page. Note that the feed will include all recent comments posted on site and any recent trackbacks. If anyone knows where to find one, I need a comment rss button to go with the xml button for the regular feed in the side bar.

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

I think URLfiltering is a good thing. I'm kinda lazy so doing html tags is a pain.

seems like it might also might be a compromise over the need for htmlarea (as mentioned in this thread) since now all links are live even without html :)
