Let's Outlaw P2P, WiFI, Legos: The INDUCE Act

This week, the Senate Judiciary Committee has been hearing testimony on the Inducing Infringement of Copyrights Act (INDUCE Act). Wired sums it up best:

The Senate Judiciary Committee will consider a bill Thursday that would hold technology companies liable for any product they make that encourages people to steal copyright materials.

Doesn't take much to realize how bad this one is. Critics have noted that the bill will stifle innovation by nullifying the Sony Betamax decision. For instance, even Legos could be considered a copyright infringement inducing technology.
