From Federal Computer Week: For the past twenty years Librarians have traditionally received three days of face-meetings and seminars to help them assist researchers more effectively. The course should also be valuable to "anyone who has to interact with the public." Perhaps this course would be useful to any of us teaching courses involving research! Read about the e-course here.
