Nice. But I would have liked to see the words "web design usability" in that rubric somewhere to create awareness among distance educators that they might want to acquaint themselves with this area. I recently saw a course web site designed by an accomplished distance educator which violatd a basic web usability principle, and I know that it was a conscious decision on the part of the educator to institute the element which was a problem (sorry if this is vague; don't want to say more for obvious reasons).
