The Age of Google: It's Even a Verb

NRO columnist John Derbyshire lauds Goggle as the miracle reference tool, equating Goggle founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin " with Edison and Marconi" for their contribution to humanity.

While Derbyshire may sound overly enthusiastic to non-Google lovers, I could only nod and agree when reading this piece. In my childhood in a small town in South Carolina, I would often have to wait a day or two to go to the library to answer a question. Many questions asked got ignored or forgotten. Now, I don't hesitate to jump on Google and spend a couple of minutes finding the answer. We should be teaching search engine techniques early to children so that they can quickly become googlers, too :)
