The Next Killer App in Education

Got this one from my friend Laurie's excellent blog, My Memex. It is an interview with Carl Berger, a leader in the field of instructional technology. He envisions a "killer app," which is an application that is used ubiquitously, like Microsoft Word. It's not so much a software application, though, as it is a whole system. He describes it as "WINWINI": "What I need when I need it." Interesting stuff!
