Forget MySpace, Join Teachers at EducationBridges - Social Networking for Teachers

Social networking is the center of the electronic universe for many people out there, both young and old. Alex Ragone and I talked about the new social networking site for educators, Education Bridges, Teachers Collaborating with Teachers on our live, weekly webcast, 21st Century Learning at EdTechTalk.com.

Alex set up this site, and I would like to invite everyone from the Kairosnews community to come join. I think it is a nice complement to Kairos, as it serves are more of a networking place, and Kairos is more of an information stop.

Sign up for a free account, and make sure to add your interests be they: podcasts, blogs, pedagogy, science, soccer or anything else. The software then instantly connects you to others like you. You can also search for anything you like. The while site is powered by Elgg, a uber-cool, open source (free) social networking platform.
